Cleveland State Community College has unveiled Raphael Howard as the new Head Coach of their men’s basketball program. The announcement came via tweet. The Cougars are a premier NJCAA D1 program.
Raphael Howard has more than 30 years of experience guiding college basketball programs. Cleveland State Community College has over 3,700 undergraduates on their 102 acre campus.
