The Morenci Bulldogs were able to hold out against the visiting Stockbridge Panthers football team. Morenci protected their home turf 60-41 in last Thursday’s thrilling offensive game.
With the win, Morenci upgraded their record to 1-1 on the season. With the loss, Stockbridge moves to 1-1 on the season. The Panthers host Pontiac to confront the Phoenix in a non-league outing on Friday, September 10th.
