RINGGOLD, Ga. (SESN) — The Ringgold Tigers are gearing up for an exciting 2024-25 high school football season, building on the momentum from last year’s commendable performance. Last season, the Tigers showcased their resilience and determination, finishing with a 6-5 overall record and placing third in the highly competitive AAA Region 6. Their strong showing included a remarkable 4-1 record at home, underscoring their fortress-like defense and dynamic offense in front of their loyal fans. Although their playoff run was cut short with a loss to Wesleyan, the Tigers have returned stronger and more focused.
This season, Ringgold looks to capitalize on its experience and depth as they transition to AA Region 7. The schedule is packed with compelling matchups, starting with a challenging non-region away game against Dade County on August 16th. The Tigers will then face Murray County in their first region game on August 23rd, followed by a series of crucial contests, including home games against Heritage and Rockmart.
