Weldon Olson at 86-years-old, still has a hockey stick in his hand. Though, not the traditional way of using a hockey stick- as he uses one as a cane.
His son had a custom cane made out of a hockey stick.
One day he had the cane while shopping in Findlay, OH. He accidentally left the cane behind, and thought it lost.
A good samaritan found the cane in a parked vehicle.
He did not press charges on the one who took temporary ownership of his prized possession.
