The women’s hockey team from the University of Tampa has won the 2024 Columbus Classic in Columbus, Georgia.
The three day tournament at the Columbus Civic Center concluded Sunday afternoon and included teams from Auburn University, University of South Florida, University of Georgia, University of Tampa, University of Alabama, and University of Miami.
The weekend also featured a Girls Try Hockey event at the Columbus Ice Rink hosted by the Auburn team, with players from each team volunteering to skate with and teach with the girls participating.
