WATCH: Kraft Faces Up To Five Years In Prison From Felony Charge In Prostitution Case

Hard News Pro Football Videos

Robert Kraft has been a big name in a prostitution investigation, stemming from early 2019. He’s now facing increased pressure from Florida prosecutors as they look to file for additional charges against the New England Patriots owner.

Florida lawyers have filed a request to the Florida Attorney General’s office to charge against Kraft with a third-degree felony, which carries up to a five-year prison sentence.

Despite seemingly overwhelming evidence indicting Kraft, he pleaded not guilty to the misdemeanor charges.

Kraft and his legal team have been in a battle on whether or not the video evidence against him can be used in the case.

Kraft is among 24 other people whom face charges for this investigation.
