The Washington DC area loves their new XFL Football team. The DC Defenders saw demand for tickets skyrocket as fans in the area are willing to give the Defenders a shot.
According to USA Today, fans buying tickets paid anywhere from $130.00 to $675.00 for entry to Audi Field. By comparison, Redskins tickets were selling for as little as $5.00 in November.
For the team’s second home game against the New York Guardians, tickets are going from anywhere between $24.00 and $175.00, still costing more than Redskins tickets.
