This International Women’s Day, we hosted a month-long global conversation on “Future of Work: Power of the Female Perspective” – as we explored how to #BuildBackBetter. This was our 2nd Annual Global #FutureOfWork Conference!
This year, we had the privilege to co-host this event with CEPHR, LLC., a values-based HR Consulting Firm from Pittsburg, PA, USA.
Women professionals and leaders and their allies, from around the world were in attendance at this conference.
Together, we gained a diverse perspective on the future of work for women; learned how to disrupt bias in your own workplaces and communities; along with tips and techniques for career development; and connected and networked as a global community.
