Podcaster Joe Rogan has received backlash after suggesting that the Black Lives Matter movement seemed disorganized and had no “end goal.” Protests broke out across the globe following the death of George Floyd, with activists marching the streets and using every accessible platform to raise awareness for the Black Lives Matter movement.
During a recent interview with Bret Weinstein, Rogan said that activists were fighting an “invisible enemy.” Twitter began buzzing, saying that Joe Rogan needed to be cancelled. Rogan was the second day in a row of widespread media coverage of Twitter cancellations, following calls to cancel Yale.
