Duncanville destroyed the U.S high school boys 4×200 national record by a full second at the 2024 UIL 6A State Championships, clocking 1:22.25 for the win. That bettered the previous record of 1:23.25 set by The Woodlands (TX) back in 2018.

Katy Tompkins in second also went under the previous record in 1:22.76.
