OOLTEWAH, Tenn. | NSBNsports.com | August 14, 2026 — East Hamilton enters the 2026 high school football season looking to build on an eight-win campaign and another appearance in the state playoffs.
The Hurricanes finished 8-3 overall and 4-2 in Region 3-5A last season. East Hamilton opened the year with six consecutive victories and scored at least 43 points in five of those games.
East Hamilton completed the regular season 8-2 before falling to Columbia Central in the opening round of the playoffs. The Hurricanes scored 484 points across 11 games, averaging 44 points per contest.
The 2026 schedule features five home games and five road contests. East Hamilton will face familiar nonregion opponents Hixson, Meigs County, Chattanooga Central and Signal Mountain before beginning region play Sept. 18 at Lenoir City.
The closing stretch includes rematches with Walker Valley and McMinn County, the only two teams to defeat East Hamilton during the 2025 regular season.
